Growing Resilience Within
Candace Bester, founder of GRIT GROW, has learned that life experience is the greatest teacher. With a Degree in Education and a personal journey of overcoming anxiety and depression, Candace understands the struggles we all face. Through her own growth and self-discovery, Candace developed the GRIT GROW curriculum.
She was joined by Moshe Katz, Engineer and Entrepreneur, and together they developed the GRIT GROW philosophy centred on ‘doing the work’ – taking small, consistent steps towards transformation. They have identified the obstacles that stop people from achieving success and have had the privilege of training thousands of individuals through their powerful program.
